We offer 6 service types: Residential, Commercial, Airbnb, End of Lease, Construction, and Gardening. Each provider chooses which services they offer, so you always get someone with the right expertise.
All providers go through a verification process before joining the platform. Once active, their profile shows their rating, completed jobs count, bio, and real reviews from customers.
Absolutely! When you create a booking, you'll see up to 3 available providers with their price, rating, and completed jobs side by side. You pick the one you prefer.
It depends on the provider. Some bring their own supplies, some prefer to use yours, and others are flexible with both options. You'll see each provider's equipment preference when comparing.
Cleener is available across Australia. Simply enter your address and we'll show you available providers in your area.
You can cancel or reschedule a booking before it's confirmed by the provider. Check the app for the full cancellation policy.
After every completed job, both the customer and the provider rate each other with a 5-star rating and optional feedback. This two-way system keeps the community honest and trustworthy.
